Launch Pad Scheme has been launched by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Under this scheme, MP government will provide financial assistance to the youth to establish their business.
This scheme is implemented with the help of the Women and Child Development Department. The state government will provide financial support of ₹ 600000 to those adult children who will be taken out from the Bal Deva institution of Madhya Pradesh.

- To implement the launch pad scheme 5 headquarters have been established in Indore, Sagar, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Bhopal.
- An amount of Rs 6 lakh will be provided by the Department of Women and Child Development for the establishment of each launch pad.
- All these launch pads will be operated through non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

- Age must be above 18.
- Only children coming from Bal Deva Institute will be eligible.
