How to Pay Land Revenue Payment Online in Odisha (e-Pauti)

The Odisha government runs an online portal called e-Pauti (available at odishalandrevenue.nic.in) where you can pay your land revenue from home using your phone or laptop. You can also download your rent receipt and check your transaction ID on the same site.

What is e-Pauti Odisha?

e-Pauti is the official online land revenue payment system of the Odisha government. It was launched on 15 August 2019 (India’s 73rd Independence Day) by the Revenue & Disaster Management Department. The National Informatics Centre (NIC), Bhubaneswar developed and maintains the portal.

Before this portal existed, every landowner had to visit their local Tahasil office once a year to pay Khajana and collect the physical receipt (called Pauti). Now, the entire process is digital – you pay online and get a digital receipt instantly.

The portal covers all 30 districts of Odisha and is linked to the Bhulekh Odisha land records database, so your payment gets reflected in your land records automatically.
