How to Check Land Record on Rajasthan Apna Khata

Step 1: Open the Apna Khata www.apnakhata.raj.nic.in the website and select your district. from the drop-down list.
Step 2: After selecting the district, you will redirect to the Tehsil page. Pick your Tehsil name from the given list.
Step 3: After this, a new page will open in which you have to choose the name of your village.
On this page, two Jamabandi year options given, one for current land records and another is for old records. Pick ‘गत’ for old Jamabandi copy and ‘चालू’ option for current year copy.
Step 4: Once you selected the village name, a form will open, fill in all your information like the name of the applicant, address, city and pin code, etc.
Then, pick one option to issue a Jamabandi copy. You can get a copy of the record by picking any option from these khata, khasra, name, USN and GSN.
