Haryana CM started PADMA scheme (Programme to Accelerate Development for MSME Advancement) on 23 Feb 2022, to encourage the small entrepreneurs.
The CM said that we are constantly striving for the development of the state, So that the state can get benefit in the industry sector.
Employment will be available near home – Cheif Minister of Haryana
Speaking on Padma Yojna, CM Manohar Lal said that now people will get employment near home in the state. Due to which the economy of the state will also be strengthened.
Small scale industries will get a boost from the PADMA Yojana. It is planned to develop cluster at block level. During this, CM Manohar Lal had a direct dialogue with the small-scale entrepreneurs.
Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said that the PADMA scheme will prove to be a landmark for the rural sector. With this, while new employment opportunities will be created for lakhs of youth, the income of panchayats will also increase.
The objectives of the PADMA Scheme
Designing and implementing developmental interventions focused on micro and small enterprises at the block level, by leveraging the cluster approach, to give a thrust to sustainable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities is one of the most pivotal objectives of PADMA.
Along with this PADMA will also encourage holistic socio- economic development and a robust industrial ecosystem at the block level, besides empowering the state’s youth to set up new enterprises by providing them opportunities to grow and be a part of the formal economy.
