It has decided to provide the facility to reprint the Aadhar card on Polyvinyl Chloride Card (PVC). UIDAI has said that this card will be exactly like an ATM or debit card.
It will come in the wallet very easily. So that there will be no worry about it getting spoiled soon.

How to Place Online Order for Aadhaar PVC Card
To place online order for PVC Aadhaar Card, you need to follow below steps.
Step 1: To get PVC Aadhar card, visit UIDAI official website here: https://resident.uidai.gov.in.
Now, on the home page menu, click on ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’ link under ‘My Aadhaar’ menu option as shown in this image.
Step 2: This will redirect you Order PVC print page, where you need to input your Aadhaar card number or Virtual ID or EID.
If your mobile number is not registered with your mobile number then select the checkbox ‘My Mobile number is not registered’.
And click to Send OTP button, do OTP verification process for mobile number and accept terms & condition and click to submit button
Step 3: After this process, a preview of PVC Aadhar card will appear on the screen.
Now click to ‘Make Payment’ button shows here. You have to pay Rs. 50 fee to apply for PVC aadhaar card.
Step 4: After clicking on the make payment button, you will be redirected to the payment gateway page. The complete payment process and the order process of your PVC Aadhar card will be completed.
Step 5: After this, a service request number (SRN) will be sent to your mobile number.
Along with this, you will also get the option to download the application slip on your screen.
UIDAI will print the PVC Aadhar card and deliver it to your home through speed post within 5 days.

Important Note: You can also order Aadhaar PVC card without a registered mobile number. For this, you have to enter any unregistered mobile number or alternate mobile number and verify it by OTP number. After verification of the mobile number, your Aadhaar details will be printed on the PVC card.

To check PVC Aadhar Card status online, visit this link: https://resident.uidai.gov.in/check-reprint-status
In this PVC Aadhar check print status page, input your 12 digit Aadhaar number and fill security code.
After that click to Send OTP button, verify your mobile number by received OTP.
Then click to ‘Check Status’ button. Your ordered PVC Aadhaar card current status will be shown on screen.
