Mahatma Gandhi Nrega scheme is going on in rural ares for economic weaker families to uplift thier economic condition. In this scheme, poor people will get 100 days work in one financial year at the minimum salary.
Nrega / MGNREGA scheme is managed by Ministry of Rural Development department. Engaged people can get monthly salary in his personal account directly. You can check MGNREGA account balance online via nrega.nic.in portal.

Online Check Nrega / MGNREGA Account balance
MGNREGA employers can check account balance directly by follow below instructions.
1) Open this link directly on your web browser of mobile phone: https://nrega.nic.in/Netnrega/stHome.aspx
Here you see the list of all states, click on your State name.
2) For example we clicked on Bihar state, Narega / MGNERGA data records for Bihar state page will display on screen. It will shows all data records about schemes.
Here you need to click on ‘Job Cards’ link option, under Transparency & Accountability section, as showing in below image.
3) After this, you have to choose some filter to fetch MGNERGA account balance data.
Select financial year, your District and block name, your Panchayat name and then click to ‘Proceed’ button.
4) There after you will see the MGNERGA job card list with worker’s job card numbers and names.
Locate your name and click on job card number.
5) Its shows the worker job card details page, here you will see all personal detail along with the alloted or requested work period details.
Here you will see the number of days you have worked and account balance etc here.
