Benefits of PM Awas Gramin Scheme
Financial help provided up to Rs 1.20 lakh in plain areas and Rs 1.30 lakh in hilly areas.
Financial support will be provided for the construction of 1 crore houses.
Under this scheme, people from weaker sections of rural areas are able to build their own houses.
Along with this, an assistance of Rs 12000 will also be given to building a toilet.

Eligibility of PM Gramin Awas Yojana 2021
- Applicant must be a resident of India.
- Under PMAY-G 2021, such families should not have any adult member between the age of 16 to 59 years.
- Female-headed households with no adult members in the age group of 16 to 59 years.
- Families in which there should not be any literate adult member above the age of 25 years.
Apply Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) Online
Step 1: First you go to the official website of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Yojana https://pmayg.nic.in/netiay/home.aspx
After that, on the home page menu click on ‘DATA ENTRY’ under Awaassoft tab.
Step 2: Now, you see three options on your screen, Click on ‘FTP DATA ENTRY/VERIFY MOBILE PHOTO’ Login button for new PMAY-G registration.
A login page will be open on your screen.
Step 3: The username and password are found at the panchayat and block level. Not every user can apply for PM awas Gramin yojana online, You must contact your panchayat or block-level officer.
So take a photocopy of all required documents and reached the block-level/Panchayat office of your area and ask them to apply for the PMAY-G scheme.
Step 4: After login, four options show, first PMAY G online application, second residence verification of photo taken by you, downloading third acceptance letter, preparing order sheet for FOURTH FTO.
Select the first PMAY-G online registration option here.
Step 5: Now, filled in four types of details First Personal Details, Second Bank A/C Details, Third Convergence Details, Fourth Details from Concern Office.
Step 6: After filling all the information of the beneficiary registration and after selecting the head, provide all the information about the head.

PMAY Gramin Beneficiary Status Check Process
To check the beneficiary status of PM Awas Gramin yojana application, visit the official website home page: https://pmayg.nic.in/netiay/home.aspx
Here you need to click on ‘IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary’ link under the ‘Stakeholders’ menu tab.
After this, a search form page will open, here input your registration number and check the current PMAY-G status online.
