Bihar State Government is operating a new scheme ‘Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana’ for the citizens of the state.
But till now very few unemployed youth of the state will get the benefit of this scheme. The main reason for this is the lack of information about this scheme.

What is Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana?
Bihar Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana was launched by the Bihar State Government on 2 October 2016 by the CM Shri Nitish Kumar.
Under this scheme, it has been decided to give an allowance of Rs. 1000 per month to the unemployed citizens of the state.
This financial assistance will be provided by the government to the unemployed citizens of the state for 2 years. With this, unemployed youth of the state can use this amount to find new job opportunities for themselves.
Along with this, the state government has also started Kushal Yuva Program for unemployed youth. Under this, along with computer training to the youth of the state, attention is also provided to special languages.
Due to which it will be very easy for them to get employment. The duration of this course is 3 months.
If any unemployed youth does not do this course. So he is provided allowance for 19 months only.
Eligibility Criteria for Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana
- Only permanent residents of Bihar state can enroll in this scheme.
- The applicant must have passed class 12th.
- Applicant’s age should be within 20 to 25 years.
- To get the benefit of this scheme, the applicant should not have received any other allowance, scholarship/student education loan, etc.
- To enroll in this swayam sahayata bhatta yojana, the candidate must have to get knowledge of the language and basic computer training being run by the department.
Documents Required
- The applicant’s birth certificate.
- 12th class pass certificate.
- Bonafide is also mandatory for the applicant
- Aadhar card
- Bank passbook
Apply Online for Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana
Want to apply online for Bihar Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana. So you can apply under this scheme by following the easy steps mentioned here.
Step 1 :- First of all you have to go to the official website of the department www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in/addFtrUserPage
Step 2 :- As you click on this a New Applicant Registration page will open in front of you. Here you have to fill in some necessary information about yourself.
Step 3 :- After filling all the information, verify your mobile number via click on send OTP button.
Step 4 :- Then click on submit button and you will be registered on the official website of the department.
A message will sent on your mobile in which your username and password are given.
Step 5 :- Now login in portal with provided access, first time it ask you to change your password.
After changing the password, you will have to fill some other information after which you will be registered.
Important Note: Applicants of CM Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana and Kushal Yuva Program must get the necessary documents verified by reaching DRCC office, on any working day between 10 am to 5 pm, within 30 days of applying online.
