Who Can Apply for Ayushman Card?

How to Apply Ayushman Card Online 2026

Step 1: Visit the PMJAY official website or click on this link directly https://pmjay.gov.in. Here you need to click on the ‘I am eligible‘ link option.

Step 2: Choose as Beneficiary option and enter your mobile number and fill the showing captcha code. Verify it by OTP number.

Step 3: After logged in, you will be redirected to the search form page. Here you can search your family information with the help of your Aadhar Card number.

Choose scheme PMJAY from list options, than select your state name, distt. and search by Aadhaar number option, fill it and click on search icon button.

You will see your complete family details on screen.

Step 4: Then the search result will be displayed on your screen in front of you. Here you can check eKYC status and card status of each family member. Now click on action icon for apply ayushman card for specific family member.

After this you need to do eKYC via your aadhaar card number.

Step 5: All the records belong to that specific user will be displayed on the screen. You will see the matching score under Differences section, if this score show approx 80% than you ayushman card will generate here without any manual verification. This score is based on your matching details like father name, mother name, age or other family details.

Step 6: Now capture your latest photograph, via given ‘Capture Photo’ option. Than fill some details like your mobile number, relation with the person for you going to generate ayushman card and address details and submit it.

This will complete the eKYC process.

Step 7: After successfuly eKYC, now need to follow same steps again. Login via your mobile number, than search for your family member details through aadhaar card.

You will see the Card Status as ‘Pending’. After some time, once process completed, here you will see ‘Approved’ status. Than under Action column, click on download icon, this will ask OTP again and you will be able to download ayushman card online.
