Apply for HUDA Mortgage Permission Letter Online
1) First, log on to the HUDA official web portal via this link: www.hsvphry.org.in.
For this, you must have User ID and Password. If you don’t have then you can apply for it via submitting an offline application to the HUDA office. Here is the link to get HUDA User ID application form.
2) After login, you will be redirected to the Home page. Now on the left side option, click on ‘Apply Online Application’ link as shown in this image.
Note: If you first time access this page, it will ask you to update allottee Aadhaar card number, mobile number and email. Update this information first.
3) Now, on the application type page, choose ‘Mortgage Permission letter’ option from the given list.
After this, an OPT message will be sent to a registered mobile number, Enter here and click to proceed button.
4) After this, you need to fill information to apply for the HUDA mortgage permission letter online.
- Select ‘Appointment Time Slot’.
- Name of the Bank/Loan Authority and address in favour of which permission is to be granted.
- Upload required document.
5) After fill in all detail, agree with the terms & conditions checkbox and click to Proceed button.
After submitting, you will get an online application receipt, keep it for further reference.

Get HUDA De-Mortgage permission Letter
Once you have cleared your loan amount, then you need to De-Mortgage your HUDA plot and for this you have to apply for a De-Mortgage permission Letter online.
The de-Mortgage permission process is the same as mentioned above for mortgage permission Letter.
Pick “De-Mortgage permission letter” application type and submit the application online.

I am an NRO who don’t have the adhaar number as I have to stay a minimum of 6 months to be elligible.
How can we avoid it
Hi Gaurav, Aadhar number is required to proceed with online apply process. I think in that case you should visit nearest HUDA office and provide another identity proof to get Mortgage permission letter.
My mortgage permission has been rejected with these remarks pl suggest me:-
(1) At present nothing is due on account of Dues/EC subject to Audit. (2) Extension Fee paid upto the current year. (3) POC/OC has already been issued hence nothing is due. (4) The Plot/Building is not in arrears. The Dues/Extension Fee checked as above subject to Audit.
