If you want to make a complaint to Prime Minister of India, then you do this online. No need to visit the Delhi PMO office, through PM INDIA official website, you can file a complaint to the Prime Minister directly from any city or village or even outside of the country.
You can make a complaint to Prime Minister via writing an email message, below we have mentioned all contact details of PMO.
Steps to Make a Complain to Prime Minister
Let’s see what steps you need to follow to make online to PMO office.
1) First, you have to visit PM INDIA official web portal. This portal allows you to choose your language in which you want to write a complaint to pmo.
There are approx 16 language supported by this online portal
2) Now click on ‘Intract with PM’ menu option as shown in this image.
3) Here you will get two options: In the first option, you will be able to share your views and ideas, which option is named ‘Suggest idea / Share here’, while the second option will have ‘Write to the Prime Minister’.
Click on ‘Write to the Prime Minister’ option.
4) Now, you need to provide your mobile number and email address to verify it. When you click on proceed button, an OTP will be sent on your phone and email id.
You have to fill both Mobile and Email OTP number to verify it.
5) After doing this, ‘Write to the Prime Minister’ compliant form page will open.
Her you need to enter all required information like name, gender, address etc.
6) Choose a relevant category in the ‘Grievance Category’ drop-down option. For example, you are making a complaint regarding and Fraud/Scam then pick the ‘Financial Fraud/Scam’ drop-down option.
In Grievance Description section, write about your complaint in detail.

7) After completing all the form fields, submit the form. This will register a complaint and the registration number will also be received on your mobile number.
PMO Office Complaint Tracking Process
If you have filed a complaint and you want to track PMO complaint status, then open pgportal.gov.in web portal.
On this portal home page, choose ‘View Status’ under Grievance menu option.
Here you need to enter your complaint registration number and email/mobile number.
After that enter the security code and submit it. This will show you the current status of PMO complaint which you made online.

You can file a complaint via Online mode as mentioned in this post, please follow the steps. Or you can send a complaint letter document via Post on a mailing address.
I have requested for a small correction of my Aadhar no. in my EPFO records in EPFO (West) office thru my ex employer Bharti Airtel on 27th Sept, even after 60 days it is still pending.

I don’t have record of those people, whose filed complaints has been resolved. But i suggust you to track your complaint status via ‘View Status’ under pgportal.gov.in

I complaint about misuse of right by the Haryana traffic police officer Anil kumar, dated 23Feb, office memo No. 2391/Complaint Clerk. No action taken by anyone till date . In addition i dropped email to [email protected], and [email protected], Also tagged my complaint on twitter to PMO@ but there is No response.
