Haryana Government has announced HSSC One-Time Registration portal for the youth who are preparing for government jobs. There has also been a change in the maximum age limit for entry in Haryana government jobs.
For Group-C and Group-D jobs in Haryana, now students will get the benefit of one-time registration service. For both these group jobs, Common Entrance Test (CET) will have to be passed.
This means that one-time registration will have to be done for the examination of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
On the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti, CM Manahar Lal Khattar launched the HSSC one-time registration web portal of the commission.
Now, this portal has been opened for the youth and they can register by 31 March. CM Manohar Lal Khattar said that now students will be given jobs on the basis of scoring. Now students will not have to take exams again and again.
Important Change in the Permanent Resident Rule
CM made another big announcement, saying that the government has changed the rules of the Permanent Resident Certificate. Till now, domicile certificates eligible only for families who live in Haryana for 15 years.
Now the government reduced this limit to 5 years. That is, people of another state who have been living in the state for the last 5 years will be able to become permanent citizens of the state.
Who can Apply for HSSC CET One-time Registration
CM said that for the recruitment of Group-C and D, 10th and 12th pass students will be able to register.
Candidate who passed higher education also can apply for it.
Not only this, the students who take the 10th and 12th exams this year will also have to register themselves. After the results of the exam, it will have to be updated on the web portal.

Steps to Apply for HSSC One Time Registration
1). Open this link ‘https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in/eforms/login.aspx‘. This will takes you official One Time Registration Portal.
Here you enter your Mobile Number and fill in the captcha code. An OTP will be generated to your entered phone number. Fill it and you will be logged in to this portal.
2). After OTP verification an Instruction page will show, read all the instructions carefully and click on the ‘I Agree’ checkbox at the bottom, and submit it.
3). After that a Registration Form will show, there are 6 steps mentioned you have to fill in information in each step.
First, in Step 1, select the resident details and enter your Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID Card) in the input box, this will fetch your family details automatically.
Check all personal information and click on Next button at below.
4). In Step 2, complete the Other Details, Economically Weaker Section etc.
If you have any disability then must upload the disability certificate.
if any FIR is lodged against you then choose this option. Also, upload a copy of FIR.
5). In Step 3, fill the Communication Details, mention the Address as per Parivar Pehchan Patra.
If your correspondence address is the same as a permanent address, click the check box option, same address prompt on both sides.
6). In next step, upload your Photo & Signature and verify the disclaimer.
7). In Step 5, fill the Socio-Economic Criteria section, Enter the State of Employment, Employment Status, Employment Code, Date of Joining, Retirement Date, Pensioner/CPF ID, Organisation details, etc. After that move to the last step.
8). In last step, upload your application form copy and accept disclaimer.
After adding this document, the user can directly make the payment by clicking the make payment button option.
After successful payment, the applicant One time registration will be completed.
