Mukhyamantri Parivar Samriddhi Yojana has been started by the Government of Haryana. This scheme has been introduced to provide social security during the Corona period.
Under this scheme, 6000 rupees will be given annually to each eligible family by the state government. This amount is provided in the form of social security life insurance, contingency insurance, and pension benefits.
Eligible applicants can apply for Haryana Parivar Samriddhi Yojana online via the MMPSY portal Or by filing an application form by visiting any CSC center/Saral centers to take advantage of this scheme.

Eligibility for Haryana Parivar Samriddhi Yojana
- The beneficiary is a resident of Haryana.
- The annual income of the beneficiary’s family should be Rs 1,80,000.
- If the beneficiary’s family belongs to the agricultural area, then he does not have more than 2 hectares of land.
- Age should be between 18 to 50 years.

- Aadhar Card
- Passport size photo
- Residential Address proof
- Applicant’s age certificate
- Applicant’s income certificate
- Caste certificate of the applicant. (If necessary)
Steps to Apply Online for Haryana Parivar Samriddhi Yojana
Step 1: Open Mukhyamantri Parivar Samriddhi Yojana Haryana official portal i.e. MMPSY.
After this, on the home page, you will see the option of Operator Login, click on it.
Step 2: Login in the portal using your CSC ID and Password.
After logging in, click on the ‘Apply Scheme’ button option.
Step 3: Now you will be asked for a family id? If you have it choose yes, if you don’t have it then turn to no.
If you click yes, you will have to provide your Haryana family id number here.
Step 4: After doing this, fill the complete application form online and upload the required documents.
Step 5: At last, take the printout of your application form and your request will be submitted successfully.

Offline Parivar Samriddhi Yojana Registration Process
If you don’t have CSV Id & password, then you need to apply for this scheme via offline mode. Check below the instruction you have to follow for it.
- Visit your nearest CSC center ie Common Service Center Or Saral center.
- Must bring all the above-required documents with you.
- Fill the application form with the help of the CSC center operator.
- After the completion of the application, you will be given a reference number.
- You can check the status of your mukhyamantri parivar samriddhi yojana application status through this reference id.
