In this post, we are going to explain how to update and download the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) process step by step.
Update Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra Online
Step 1: First visit the official website meraparivar.haryana.gov.in and click on the ‘Update Family Details’ menu option.
Step 2: Now a screen will prompt to choose the option that ‘Do you Know Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) or not’. Choose the option as you have the information or not.
Step 3: If you know his Family ID then entered it, an OPT will send it your registered Mobile number.
Step 4: If you don’t know your Family ID then you can search Family Card details via Aadhaar Card number. This also asks for OPT verification.
Step 5: After this process, edit/update the family details screen will prompt with pre-filled family details. Now you can fill the required fields OR update the information and submit it.
After this user updated the whole family ID details data and submit the form on the same portal. Once the form submitted a confirmation SMS will send on the head of the family member’s mobile number.
Pre-defined rules to update Family Id Details
- If the family has already been validated and a citizen signed form for the family exists in the database, then the only citizens shall be allowed to add new members to the family. However, the deletion of a family member not allowed.
- If the family structure is not yet validated in the Pehchan parivar patra. then citzen shall be allowed to add or delete the family member.
- Updating/Editing of the individual field for each family member only allowed as per predefined rules.
- For some specific fields, editing will be allowed only software validation is completed.

Download Family ID Haryana Online:
To download Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family Id) online, you must have CSC operator account access.
Let’s check the process:
a) Visit the official https://meraparivar.haryana.gov.in website and click on the ‘Operator Login’ menu tab. An input form will prompt, enter the credential.
b) Now you will see the ‘Download e-card’ option at menu tab. Click on it.
C) After that, you have to enter your Family ID number in the input field. It will ask you for the OTP verification process.
D) By completing OTP verification, your family ID card will show and you can download it.
That it, both updating and downloading Haryana Family ID is a quite straightforward process.

If you already updated your family ID twice, then you can not update your Family ID details.
Date of birth change option not provided by official website. For more details, you can check in ‘Correction Module’ menu option under the official website. Here you can check what updation options are available to edit family member details.

You can’t change the Date of Birth via the portal. I suggest you, visit the nearest CSC center and ask them for help.

Ok, then you can’t change it for now. I hope they will add this option in the future. Their is no other way, sorry.

Sorry, I can’t help you with this. It totally depends on what officials allow to update.
You can check for member deletion then add another member.

Hi, please visit nearest CSC center to update your mobile number. Or contact that unknown person to send OTP number to you and then update your mobile number in family Id.

Hi Ritesh, you have to visit nearest Atal Deva Kendra for this, only they can update your new mobile number with Family ID.
Any one’s family id is using my mobile number. I don’t know how to find out that family id. When I tried to register my number with my ID it show message that other Id using this number.
Please suggest how I can update my mobile number and delete from other unrelated id.

You have to visit nearest CSC center to update your correct mobile number with Family Id. Only they can update your family id associated mobile number.

I have filled in my family details in “Add Member”; the “save” option comes but it does not get updated. I’ve tried twice today and the CSC tried yesterday but it does not update.

In portal editing not allowed if you allready updated Family ID twice. Is you updated twice before ? If not then wait for sometime and again try to add member information.

No family id is not a user ID. Only CSC operator have User ID. This is required to download family ID card.

Hi Jyoti, You can change annual income via Correction Module section after login. Choose family member and edit his income. You must have to upload Income proof document otherwise changes will no update in Family ID.

Hello Suhani, Family id main income update ke liye, proof dena jaroori hai. Agar apke pass ITR copy or Salary slip ni hai to aap apni last 6 month ki Bank Statement copy as a proof de sakte hai. Iske sath apne MC se Income ka affifdevit bhi de sakte hai.
Jyada jankari ke liye apne nearest CSC (Atal Sewa Kendra) jake pata kare. Wo apki income update ker denge.
