How to Make Ayushman Card Online

The online registration process for making Ayushman Card has been started by the Government of India. Any eligible candidate can apply for an Ayushman Golden card or get the printout of it after applying under Jan Arogya Yojana.

Under PMJAY Ayushman Yojana, up to 5 lakh health insurance amount is being provided to poor families every year.

Steps to Make Ayushman Card Online

Step 1: Visit the PMJAY official website or click on this link directly https://pmjay.gov.in. Here you need to click on the ‘I am eligible‘ link option.

Step 2: Now enter your mobile number and fill the showing captcha code. Verify it by OTP number and accept the terms and condition checkbox.

Step 3: After submitting this, you will be redirected to the search form page. Here you can search your information with the help of Name, Aadhar Car, Mobile Number and RSBI URN number.

Search for your name by selecting desired option, then fill all the information asked.

Only those candidate’s names will be searched and displayed, whose data is registered in SECC data record.

Ass per SECC data, user belonging to the categories D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 and D7 in the rural population have been included in the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

Step 4: Then the search result will be displayed on your screen in front of you. Now click on the ‘Family Detail’ option to view all details.

Step 5: All the records belong to that specific user will be displayed on the screen, Also showing related eligible family member information for ayushman card.

Step 6: After that select ‘Get Details on SMS‘ button, all the details will send to your mobile number.

Step 7: Now you have to visit the nearest CSC center to get your Ayushman Golden Card. You should take your Aadhaar card also.

Here your biometric identification will check as per your Aadhar card number. After 48 hours, your Ayushman Card will be issued by the authority.
